Each year The Caring Place sponsors weekend trips to selected colleges and universities to show teens that attending college is a real option. Center volunteers and staff accompany participants who meet with college administrators, tour the campus and talk to students enrolled at the college. In the College Tour Program, young people learn about admissions requirements, academic programs, degree offerings, financial aid and college life and are motivated to go to college.
