Sign language instruction is another way children at The Caring Place can learn to eliminate barriers and communicate with others, the hearing-impaired. Children enrolled in Sign language learn the alphabet, finger spelling and basic signs. Classes are educational as well as entertaining and maintain the interest of the children. The classes incorporate games, flash cards, and songs.
